Responsibilities

• 

  Full-time, on-site Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) role at the factory location.

• 

  Set up and manage accounting systems, ledgers, taxation, and compliance frameworks.

• 

  Provide financial leadership with strategic inputs for IPO readiness within 36 months.

• 

  Collaborate with the management team on financial planning, funding, and market strategies.

• 

  Understand the medical technology and the business model to contribute effectively to decision-making.

• 

  Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements

• 

  Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory).

• 

  Prior experience in setting up financial systems in a startup or greenfield environment is a plus , though NOT a MUST.

• 

  Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.

• 

  Willingness to work from the factory site in Chennai.

•
