Responsibilities

• 

  For women who have taken a career break due to domestic or family commitments

• 

  Must genuinely need a home-based job due to personal circumstances

• 

  IT Recruiters & Non IT Recruiters will be preferred

• 

  Should be able to dedicate time between 10 AM and 6 PM ( Any 6 Hours must) this is not a part-time role

• 

  Excellent spoken English, with no grammatical errors

• 

  Must be comfortable using computers and internet tools.

• 

  Must be committed to work towards simple recruitment targets

• 

  Should be confident to take full responsibility of interacting with clients independently

• 

  Willing to make calls to potential candidates

• 

  Should be able to attend a monthly in-person review meeting

• 

  Must be willing to attend a face-to-face interview with the Head
